jiliv is required to verify the identity of its Players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and responsible gaming obligations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure.
Your jiliv Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. You may not allow any third party to access or use your Account. jiliv will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.

You must notify jiliv immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization. jiliv will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure your Account. However, jiliv will not be liable for losses incurred prior to notification of unauthorized access where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
jiliv supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other methods as may be added or removed from time to time. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱5. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as displayed in the jiliv cashier at the time of the transaction.
Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your jiliv Account in real time. Deposits via bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) business day to be credited. jiliv is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. jiliv aims to process approved withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours. However, processing times may extend to three (3) business days depending on the payment method and verification requirements. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the jiliv Account holder.
jiliv is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All transactions on the jiliv Platform are monitored. jiliv reserves the right to request documentation to verify the source of funds deposited into a Player's Account. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities in accordance with applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jiliv's total liability to you in connection with your use of the jiliv Platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds held in your jiliv Account at the time the claim arises.
jiliv shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jiliv Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if jiliv has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
jiliv does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jiliv shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime, maintenance, or technical issues beyond its reasonable control.

You may request the closure of your jiliv Account at any time by contacting jiliv's customer support team. Upon Account closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Balances that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.
An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. jiliv reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant Accounts, as notified to the Player. Players will be notified before any dormancy fee is applied.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process set out in Section 15.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit jiliv's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
